Motivation : Mental Preparation
As we are getting ready to start our Whole30 challenge tomorrow, we are trying to prepare ourselves not only with meal planning and cleaning out the bad food, but also to prepare ourselves mentally. I feel the mental aspect is the hardest to overcome, but once you get in a groove all the pain and difficulty that came with being disciplined is so worth it!
We are ready and excited to start our 30 day journey tomorrow!! : )
